Trudy Evans
President
Trudy Evans is a business executive who believes "the strongest teams of employees produce the greatest results when they are given an opportunity to contribute as an individual." As the President of The Raven Group, Inc, she prides herself in assisting others reach their desired potential. Working with companies nation wide, Trudy seeks solutions and alternatives that are based on individual needs.
Prior to starting The Raven Group, Inc. in 1998, she was an officer of a $2 billion publicly held company based in South Florida. During her 15 years there, Trudy held a number of positions including Regional Field Executive, National Sales Director and Vice President of Training and Organizational Development. Additionally, she spent nine years with a St. Louis based medical book distributor; advancing through the organization while learning on the job.
Dedicated to helping others attain their goals, Trudy serves as an executive coach to a select group of key executives. She works on an individual basis with clients to aid them in leadership challenges, strategic planning and presentation styles. Other areas of her expertise include focus groups, situational analysis and business recommendation predicated on meeting specific, measurable company goals and initiative.
In addition to managing The Raven Group, Inc., she is the author of The Pied Piper Principle: Lead, and They Will Follow and a professional speaker delivering presentations on topics ranging from Leadership and Management principles to Amazing Customer Service and Visualizing techniques.

Bill Evans
Vice President
Bill Evans is a business professional who dedicates himself in creating a business environment based on a strong attention to detail. He uses his vast industry experience to assure that the day-to-day operation of Raven runs smoothly while adapting quickly to changes in the work climate.
As the Vice President of The Raven Group, Inc, he oversees the operational and financial aspect of the business. In alignment with the companys goals to assist others in reaching their desired potential, Bill encourages an open relationship with employees and clients. He concentrates on continuous process improvement; keeping the company moving forward and on the forefront of industry changes.
Prior to starting The Raven Group, Inc. in 1998, Bill worked in both corporate and private ventures. Throughout his experience, he has focused on two aspects of business: customer relations and operations. Using knowledge from his past, he has been instrumental in establishing systems and policies that enable Raven to maximize time without sacrificing quality in services.
Attending the University of Scranton, Bills education has been through institutional learning and on the job training. He believes that by uncovering individual needs in an organization, companies can better position themselves for growth and success in the future.
