National/Regional Meetings – This year Raven was included in the program of a publicly held company's annual convention. We were one of the vendors selected to be a part of their education workshops with audience sizes of 150+. This was the third year we have been invited to participate.
Focus Group Facilitation - Recently we completed a project that identified the obstacles one international company needed to overcome in order to adjust to change within the organization. As any business adapts to new ideas and processes, you may be interested in establishing a process that works in conjunction with a change process that keeps the company focused on business needs.
Train the Trainer - We pride ourselves on our facilitation skills and have been recently hired by a Fortune 100 Company to conduct our 2-day Train-the-Trainer program for their training units. Using videotaping with one-on-one coaching throughout the session and attendee leaves with a clear understanding of their strengths and opportunities for improvement.
Needs Assessment – Working with a Fortune 500 company, we were hired to conduct a needs assessment based on determining training opportunities that support business goals within their organization. Our objectives were to identify the skills necessary to achieve business goals, understand who needs training and what kind of training is needed and determine which skills are tactical and strategic.
